Your Clean...

We aim to begin at 9am and are finished by 5pm at the latest. The length of time depends on the size of the job. You will receive text notifications when we are on the way to your home and when we are finished. 

In order for us to use our time as best as possible, please declutter before our arrival. Pick up any clothes, toys, shoes, do your dishes and put them away so that we don’t lose valuable scrubbing and cleaning time.

Yes! We understand that many are working from home these days and your home may be your office. We ask that if you will be home, that you wear a mask when engaging with our staff for the protection of our staff and our clients.

No, just let us know how we can access your home.

Yes, we come prepared with our cleaning kits as well as vacuums and mops.

We offer: Residential cleanings (one time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), move in/move out and commercial cleanings.

We service Houston and surrounding areas, to include: Katy, Richmond, and Sugarland.

If you vacuum regularly, you are below a 5. If you vacuum occasionally, you are between 5-6. If you don’t own a vacuum or haven’t seen it in months, you are a 7 and up. The dirtier your home is, the more time we need. Please be honest, as we need to be prepared to tackle the dirt level of your home. 

ABSOLUTELY! You will need to know their home details (square footage, rooms etc.) and make sure that we have permission and access to their home.

We LOVE recommendations and will show our appreciation to you for it! We will offer a 10-15% discount on your next cleaning.  

We ask that our clients notify OCA of any cancellations 24-48 hours prior to their scheduled cleaning.

COVID-19 & HEALTH

Our Health Policy...

  • Your health and the health of our staff is important to us. We want to minimize the risk and do everything that we can to protect our staff and our clients. Prior to your appointment you will receive an email with the following questions:
 
  • Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 or waiting on test results?
  • Have you been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19?
  • Do you have any symptoms of COVID-19, even if mild?

 

 

  • SYMPTOMS INCLUDE:
    Fever or chills
    Dry cough
    Tiredness/fatigue
    Conjunctivitis (pink eye)
    Sore throat
    Headache
    Muscle or body aches
    Loss of taste or smell
    Diarrhea
    Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
